THE EFNIKS COVER STORY FOR AUGUST
Masc4Masc, no femmes. These are familiar terms to many queer and trans people. People say things without thinking, seemingly without thinking about who they might harm. These are gay men, lesbians, these are people in our community. The community is fractured along the binary. Of course this is a fight that has been going on for years, that "this is for boys, thats for girls" mentality. It is a fight over clothing and beauty. It is a fight over spaces. It is a fight for language. It is a fight for representation and respect, even within our community.
